Notice Description

Nottingham City Council is seeking tenders from sufficiently experienced and qualified organisations for the provision of a Mental Health Reablement Service. This is a time limited and highly focused twelve week intervention which involves one to one community support, to support citizens to recover and help to overcome issues in their daily lives that impact negatively on their mental health and wellbeing. The primary focus of the service is to enable citizens to remain independent in the community and to facilitate discharge from psychiatric wards. This contract will be let under the Light Touch Regime of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
