Notice Description
The project comprises of Mechanical upgrades to Devonshire Hall North Lawns Blocks F, G, and J. All blocks require boiler and ventilation upgrades, each block has 7 kitchen areas with a boiler in each. Block F requires 4 boilers to be changed, blocks G and J require 7 boilers in each block to be upgraded. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
