Essex County Council is undertaking a procurement process for the delivery of an All Age Advocacy service across Essex. This contract will seek to deliver advocacy services to all eligible people within Essex, across both the Children & Young People and Adult categories. The procurement will identify a lead provider that will be responsible for the co-ordination, management, and delivery of all statutory and non-statutory advocacy services required under the contract. Bids must be returned in full not later than 12pm on 11th April 2018 All procurement documents are available on the BiP Delta portal. The bidder must use access code: GB8G25N2HA
