Community Based Wellbeing Services: Lots 4, 5 and 6
Notice Description
Kent County Council are looking to commission Community Based Wellbeing services that are designed to promote wellbeing for older people (aged 55+), adults with dementia, adults with physical disabilities, adults with sensory impairments, and adult carers. The range of Community Based Wellbeing services will be split into both geographic and service Lots in order to best meet the differing needs and support requirements of the eligible Kent population. This is the second phase of a staggered procurement process. This procurement process will procure the following Contract Lots: Lot 4 - Universal Support in the Community in Ashford, Canterbury & Swale Lot 5 - Universal Support in the Community in Dartford, Gravesham & Swanley Lot 6 - Specialist Support in the Community for Adults with a Physical Disability The Contracts will commence on 1st April 2022 and will run for a period of 3 years (expiring 31st March 2025), with the option for two extensions of up to one year each at the discretion of the Council, unless terminated in accordance with the published Conditions of Contract. Further information on the breakdown of Lots and Services can be found within the Invitation to Tender Documents. Tender documents must be submitted via the Kent Business Portal by 12 noon on the 12th August 2021. Key Dates Invitation to Tender (ITT) dispatch: 7th July 2021 Tender return: 12th August 2021 12:00 noon Tender evaluation and clarification, including potential negotiation meetings: 13th August - 24th September 2021 Potential issue of Invitation to submit Final Tender: 27th September 2021 Final tender return: 4th October 2021 Issue award letters: 1st December 2021 Standstill period complete (contract award): 13th December 2021 Mobilisation: 1st January - 31st March 2022 Service Commencement: 1st April 2022 Questions and Communication Please direct all questions and communication through the Kent Business Portal via the Messages facility.
