Notice Description
On 22 March 2022 Crown Commercial Service's (CCS) Construction Works and Associated Services 2 (CWAS2/P23) Framework went live. CWAS2/P23 Lots 1, 2 and 3 relate solely to the ProCure23 (P23) Framework, which is the 4th generation of the ProCure Frameworks which have a 20-year legacy. The P23 framework is available for use by the NHS to design and construct their Capital Investment Projects. P23 is the preferred and default framework for NHS use. The framework has an expiry date of October 2026 and across its 3 lots has a cumulative spend cap of PS9bn. P23 Clients are almost exclusively NHS bodies. The PSCPs are a mix of SME's, Consortia and Tier 1's, and all have experience in design and construction of health and/or complex public sector projects delivered using the NEC contract. Clients and PSCPs contract directly for individual projects and this is based on the use of NEC4 as provided for within the P23 Framework provisions as incorporated in CWAS2.
