Notice Description

Direct award under ESPO's Estates Management Professional Services Framework (ref: 2700_22) for the provision of management services related to the Nottinghamshire County Council County Farms and green spaces portfolio. Originally estimated to be a below threshold procurement, 3 quotations were sought and assessed on a price/quaility basis of 30%/70%. Upon receipt of the quotations, the prices were higher than originally estimated and so the contract was deemed to be a convertible contract in line with Section 74 of the Procurement Act 2023. Therefore a compliant route was sought due to the tight timescales requirement for the service. The services were directly awarded to the supplier on the basis that they scored full marks for price and quaility on the original quotations.
