DCMS would like to explore the potential for the financial markets to unlock private investment to invest in assets, businesses and social enterprises that directly address the government's levelling up agenda. Research is being commissioned to support this ambition. This tender is being run as a mini competition under CCS Framework RM6008 Lot 4 with all suppliers being invited to participate.
