Notice Description

BSEEN is an ERDF funded project which provides office space for students and graduates as part of the start-up package of support it offers. A new three year project has recently been approved by MHCLG and the local ESIF committee at the Greater Birmingham and Solihull LEP. The budget has been agreed with the funders to pay for incubation space for the new project from June 2019 to May 2022. The outcome is to secure suitable office/incubation space for staff and BSEEN participants from 1st June 2019 to 31st May 2022 as per the specification. The space should have good travel links; between 675 and 815 sq. ft.; 24 hour access and security and manned reception; availability of car parking space for staff; on site post room and permission for entrepreneurs to use business address; free Wi-Fi access for all and onsite IT support; kitchen facilities, cafe, access to networking and development training courses; and lift access to all floors
