This contract has been awarded. The Department for Communities and Local Government (the "Authority") has contracted a Supplier to collect robust monitoring data to show the progress through the planning system of all sites released by government (in England) under the Public Land for Housing Programme, including the number of homes started and completed, so that this data can be published annually. It is also important for government to understand the types of homes that are being built on land released under this Programme, and which developers are building on former government land. Additional information: The Agent is using an e-Sourcing Suite to manage this Procurement and to communicate with all participants. No hard copy documents will be issued and all communications with the Agent (including the submission of Tenders) will be conducted via the e-Sourcing Suite. Tender responses to the evaluation questions have been designed to be completed on-line in the e-Sourcing Suite. Guidance on how to use the e-Sourcing Suite can be found at Appendix F.
