Notice Description

North East Essex Clinical Commissioning Group, jointly with NHS England, hereby invite suitably qualified service providers to attend a Market Engagement Event which will inform the market of the CCG's intentions to commission Alternative Provider Medical Services (APMS) at three practices in North East Essex; * Epping Close Surgery, The Old Renal Unit, Clacton On Sea CO15 4AB * Frinton Road Medical Centre, 68 Frinton Road Holland-On-Sea, Essex CO15 5UW * Green Elms Health Centre, 32 Crossways Jaywick, Essex CO15 2NB * The Market Engagement event will take place on 20th July 2017, from 1:30pm at Aspen House, Stephenson Road, Severalls Business Park, Colchester, CO4 9QR. Refreshments will be available from 1:15pm. The event will offer a further opportunity to engage with stakeholders and for prospective service providers to learn more about the services. The format of the event will be a Presentation from the commissioners followed by a Q & A session. The information gathered will be used to inform the Commissioners' service model and future procurement plan. To register interest in attending the engagement event please go to https://attain.bravosolution.co.uk Click on 'Register here' and follow the onscreen instructions. The booking form will be held within PQQ_98 Due to limitations of space, attendance is restricted to a maximum of 2 representatives per organisation. The closing date for registering attendance is 1.30pm on 18th July 2017 Please Note: Any expenditure, work or effort undertaken by you prior to any subsequent procurement is a matter solely for your own commercial judgment. The Commissioners reserve the right to withdraw from the process at any time or to not tender the service(s) or to tender on a different basis. In such circumstances, and in any event, The Commissioners and/or their advisors shall not be liable for any costs or loss of expenses whatsoever incurred by any organisation, agent or subsidiary that may have contributed to any proposals submitted to this notice.
