Housing and Care 21 consists of 461 courts nationwide with 19,000 properties with 50% built prior to 2000. HC21 expectation is to select one supplier nationally to complete re-inspection surveys (lot 1) and one supplier to complete remedial works (lot 2). HC21 are conducting an early market engagement initiative prior to conducting a tender exercise, in the event that you are interested in providing services to HC21 could you complete the attached request for information spread sheet and send to Manjeet.Sandhu@housing@care21.co.uk. Can you respond by Friday 7th July completing the attached document.
