Notice Description

NHS Kent and Medway Integrated Care Board is undertaking a procurement process and are inviting suitably qualified and experienced providers to bid for Dermatology Services. The procurement is split into 2 Lots: Lot 1: West and North Kent Dermatology Service (W&NKDS) The requirements of the service will be a consultant-led (but not exclusively consultant delivered) Levels 1-4 service supported by a multi-disciplinary team which will manage a range of dermatological conditions. The anticipated contract duration will be for an initial period of 5 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years as required. Maximum Contract Value (7 years): PS78,964,487 Lot 2: East Kent Dermatology Service (EKDS) The service will provide and deliver a consultant led (but not exclusively consultant delivered) Level 1-3 service supported by a multi-disciplinary team which will manage a range of dermatological conditions. The provider will host a consultant-led triage service, using clinical and operating protocols agreed with East Kent Hospitals University Foundation Trust (EKHUFT), ensuring service users are directed to appropriate services. The anticipated contract duration will be for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for up to a further 2 years as required. Maximum Contract Value (4 years): PS5,289,416 Total combined Lot 1 and Lot 2 maximum contract value: PS84,253,903 The service is a Schedule 3 Service and is being procured under the Light Touch Regime (LTR) of the Public Contract Regulations 2015.
