Notice Description

City and Hackney CCG are looking to commission a Community ENT provider to provide services to City and Hackney GP registered patients within our borough areas. We are looking for a service provider than can deliver services from more than one venue and is committed to providing education, training and feedback to primary care to support care in the community. A single contract will be offered to the successful provider on a block price arrangement which may be staged in the early months until minimum activity levels are achieved. Service: The service is an alternative to hospital based treatments offering a one stop service for appropriate ENT assessments, diagnostics and treatments as well as supporting primary care pathways and care at GP practices. It will have 3 main functions: * Referral review & pathway choice * Support/Education for primary care professionals * Assessment & Treatment of appropriately referred patients (estimated 1100 referrals per year) Contract Terms: Contracting will be subject to the NHS standard contract for a period of 3 years with an option of a 2 year extension and the total estimated contract value is over PS600k over 5 years. Please refer to the Service Specification and memorandum of Information for more details (available via the portal) The estimated start date will be September 2016. Interested organisations wishing to participate in Contracting Authority's Procurement must express their interest and submit a tender by 12:00pm on 23rd May 2016. Expression of Interest and Tender submissions are via Pro-Contract (www.supplying2nhs.com) portal. Expression of interest and tender submission by any other means will not be considered. Contracting Authority will not consider any Expression of Interests and Tenders received after the above deadline. Additional information: Interested organisations should express their interest by registering on Pro-contract: https://www.supplying2nhs.com The deadline for submitting bids is at 12.00 Hours pm on 23rd May 2016. Responses received after the deadline will not be considered. Submission of the tenders will be via the Pro-Contract E-procurement system https://www.supplying2nhs.com Suppliers register, login, complete the documentation electronically and submit them via the Pro-contract system. Bids received after the deadline may not be considered. It is anticipated that bidders will be invited to attend an interview/ presentation the week beginning 27th June 2016. Please note that any communication from NEL Commissioning Support or CCG regarding this tender will be via Pro-contract discussion board. Bidders must use Pro-contract discussion board for their communications with NEL Commissioning Support or CCG regarding this procurement.
