Contract Summary
The final date and time for the submission of bids is 17/11/2017 at 14:00 The requirement is for high quality consumer complaints data (as defined in the 'Requirements' section below) for use by consumer protection organisations. The development of the digital infrastructure required to deliver this data is an essential prerequisite, but is ultimately ancillary to the supply of high quality data. To ensure compatibility with the internal systems of the data owners, the contractor must deliver both the high quality data and all necessary data infrastructure. Note : Please disregard any content in this notice that requests your organisation "to apply directly to the buyer" as this unfortunately a system generated error, that is outside of the Contracting Authorities control . All attachments can be found with the RFx attachments tab within the Emptoris System. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria set out in the ITQ document. How to Apply As part of the strategic alliance between UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS) and Crown Commercial Service (CCS), UK SBS will be using the CCS eSourcing Suite for this procurement. Your email must clearly state: • name and reference for the procurement you wish to register for; • name of the registered Bidder; • name and contact details for the registered individual sending the email. NOCS currently has 17 fire system loops across site, with a capacity of 126 devices on each loop. Currently, we estimate that at least 3-4 loops have reached their system load capacity, and therefore, the system requires urgent upgradation to ensure building compliance and achieve optimum function.
