M and E Consultancy Services for Paradise Depot New Build Scheme The Tender is to provide mechanical and electrical engineering consultancy services for Dacorum Borough Council's 'New Build Programme at Paradise Depot, Hemel Hempstead' to RIBA Stage 3. The services provided are to be in line with the Scope of Service - Mechanical and electrical engineering consultancy services and Project Brief which will form the agreement. These documents can be found within Tender Information Documents - Part B Schedule One.
