Bristol City Council wishes to procure a fully integrated HR & Payroll solution, to be implemented in collaboration between the Council and the successful Tenderer. The solution will be highly configurable fit for purpose, cost effective, scalable and dynamic. Ideally this would be delivered by the implementation of a cost effective fully integrated system. However, in order to try and achieve 'best of breed' type functionality, the solution could be delivered over multiple systems with seamless integration.
