In order to gain further insight into the market for such a service and to generate interest amongst prospective bidders the Authority intend to gather expressions of interest through the In-Tend portal for the market engagement event at which participating organisations will be required to make a formal presentation. We anticipate the market engagement event to take place in February 2020. Prospective providers wishing to participate should in the first instance email samantha.walker@sheffield.ac.uk with the subject heading "District Heating Marketplace Engagement Event" by close of business 12/02/2020.
