Hertfordshire County Council's Health & Community Commissioning team are holding two Pre-Procurement Marketing Events (PPME) on 14 & 16 July 2015. These half day events centre on proposals to establish the provision of short term support at home services that will reduce unnecessary admissions to hospital and enable a quick and safe discharges from hospital.
