Notice Description

Tamworth Borough Council are undertaking an ambitious development programme to build 140 new council house units within the Borough at sites in Tinkers Green and the Kerria Centre. The sites will be developed simultaneously and a contractor is required to provide the services of Clerk of Works for both sites. Additional information: Invitation to Tender documents may be viewed and downloaded from the Council's e-procurement portal at https://in-tendhost.co.uk/tamworthbc. Your organisation will need to register on the portal if not already registered in order to access the documents. Registration is free of charge and only takes a couple of minutes to complete. Tender submissions must be received via the portal by no later than 2pm on Wednesday 8th August 2018. Is a Recurrent Procurement Type? : No
