Notice Description

Services including Out of Hours GP services and Minor Injury Units. The aim of new services is to put in place a less complex system that people find simple to understand, to provide prompt treatment or advice for their urgent care needs, to ensure the best use of medical services and workforce and to avoid adding unnecessary pressure on A&E. The contracting authority will develop the service model to incorporate the Public Services (Social Value) Act 2012, specifically: What is proposed to be procured, might improve the economic, social and environmental well-being of the relevant area. How, in conducting the process of procurement, it might act with a view to securing the improvement.
