The final date and time for the submission of bids is 24th January 2025 at 11:00 DO NOT apply directly to the buyer. All tender information MUST be submitted through the Jaggaer eSourcing Portal. Brief Description of Requirement The Advisory, Conciliation and Arbitration Service (Acas) has an employment law e-resource contract providing information on Employment Law. This is due to expire on 31st March 2025 and we are now seeking to re-procure this via a suitable e-resource supplier to provide Acas with a comprehensive employment law e- resource, delivering a high-quality product with suitable licence numbers at a competitive price. Please ensure you review all attached information to ensure a full understanding of this requirement. All attachments can be found with the Supplier Attachments tab within the Jaggaer eSourcing Portal. This contract will be awarded based on the evaluation criteria as set out in the ITQ document.
