SCC350 Gas Audit Inspections
Notice Description
Sandwell MBC is looking for an auditor to complete Gas Quality audits to supplement the in-house quality assurance team. The post service audits will be required to be done as post inspections within 4 weeks of the annual inspection being completed and will involve a full strip down of the serviceable appliances (SMBC service tenants appliances connected to a flue) and a visual inspection of flueless appliances owned by the tenant. On top of the annual inspections and as part of our on-going maintenance we carry out a significant number of boiler replacements per year. The estimated contract value is PS50,000 and the contract period will be for 2 years starting 1 April 2021 to 31 March 2023. However, this information is intended to assist with the preparation of your bid. The Council does not bind itself to this or any other figure and is not a guarantee of business which may be generated from this contract.
