Durham County Council holds the budget for the regional Integrated Care System (ICS) Prevention and Population Health Management Board, which is to be used to fund the NENC ICS Healthier and Fairer Programme Cross Programme Leadership. This includes the employment of a 0.2wte Senior Transformation and Programme Manager (Band 8d), a 0.6wte Senior Commissioning Delivery Manager (Band 8c) and 0.4wte Strategic Lead (Band 8b).
