Notice Description

Arden and Greater East Midlands Commissioning Support Unit (Arden&GEM CSU) on behalf of the 4 Lincolnshire Clinical Commissioning Groups delivering the service for their patients (the service covers the patients of Lincolnshire West CCG, Lincolnshire East CCG, South Lincolnshire CCG and South West Lincolnshire CCG) are seeking expressions of interest (EoI) from suitably qualified and experienced providers to deliver a Non-Emergency Patient Transport Service (NEPTS) that is high quality, flexible and can meet, grow and respond to the changing needs of the Lincolnshire healthcare environment. The Commissioners require a service that is patient centric and cost effective and one that continually innovates to deliver value for money. Under consideration are contract terms of circa 5 years potentially with an extension option of up to 24 months. This is yet to be finalised. To assist the commissioners develop a procurement strategy can we ask potential providers of NEPT service to respond to the questions below regarding the market engagement and contracting style? Please respond via Bravo (https://ardengemcsu.bravosolution.co.uk; following the instructions detailed in this notice then click on PQQ_207 and upload your response in the Bravo messaging service as an attachment in your message- a word document please) on or before 2nd May 2016. 1) Which of the procurement options A B and C listed below would your organisation potentially bid for? 2) Which individual lots in option A B and C would you consider viable contracting options for your organisation either as an individual lot or multiple lots? 3) Would a separate Renal Patient Service "lot" be an option you would consider for option A B or C? 4) Can you briefly summarise your organisations rationale for its response to the above questions?
