Notice Description

The Council has a requirement for a suitably qualified contractor to supply, install and remove 15 Christmas Trees at various locations around the borough of Sandwell. The Council requires a quantity of 15 Christmas Trees to be supplied, installed and removed to the specification as detailed in this document. The annual budget for the requirement is PS15,000 (subject to change during the life of the Contract). The Contract will cover the next 4 festive periods as follows: 2018/19 2019/20 2020/21 2021/22 Please refer to Section 2 - Requirement (including Specification). The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to Quotation or other related documents.
