North of England Commissioning Support (NECS) are working for and on behalf of NHS South Tyneside Clinical Commissioning Group who wish to commission A Better U Coaching Service for the South Tyneside localityThe aim of the service is to provide a community based social prescribing service, delivered across South Tyneside, aimed at people with COPD or Diabetes.The service is to commence from 01 May 2019 for a period of 3 years with an option to extend for 2 years subject to satisfactory performance and at the discretion of the Contracting Authority
