Notice Description

Wiltshire Council are looking to source a series of providers to facilitate the provision of a course of Hepatitis B vaccinations and required follow up monitoring of employees in an ongoing framework. The framework is expected to operate for duration of 3 years with an option to extend for a further two years The brief for the required provision is: provision of a course of hep B vaccinations and follow up blood monitoring. Additional information: Please download and complete the attached Request for Quotations document and upload back up to Pro Contract. Please DO NOT amend the Form of Agreement - this document is just for information at this stage. Coverage and Locations Services must be available during each week throughout the year. There is no requirement for services on Bank Holidays or at week-ends. Any other restriction in access to services should be made clear in your submission. The majority of council employees live and work around the council?s four Hubs in Salisbury, Trowbridge, Devizes and Chippenham. Coverage must be provided in these four areas. However, coverage across wider parts of the county will be advantageous.
