Notice Description

1.1 Oxfordshire County Council is seeking to combine the following existing services into a single Urgent Response and Telecare Service: the Crisis Service; the Emergency Carers Support Service; the call monitoring of telecare alarms; the 24/7 emergency response service for telecare alarms. These services share in common handling referrals and responding quickly to address a social care crisis situation. This Service will also include the assessment for, installation and review of Telecare and associated equipment. The Service Provider(s) will work closely with the Equipment Service Provider, responsible for providing and maintaining the Telecare equipment, and installing more complex Telecare equipment.
