PLEASE NOTE THIS NOTICE IS LINKED TO TED OJEU REFERENCE NUMBER 2019/S 149-368177.NHS ENGLAND & NHS IMPROVEMENT-EAST OF ENGLAND WELCOMES RESPONSES FROM PROVIDERS.THE URL'S TO THE PREVIOUS NOTICES ARE: https://www.contractsfinder.service.gov.uk/Notice/be45b877-4967-416a-8d93-f9ce3ce303b7 https://ted.europa.eu/udl?uri=TED:NOTICE:368177-2019:TEXT:EN:HTML NHS Arden and GEM CSU on behalf of NHS England and NHS Improvement - East of England (referred to as the Commissioner) is seeking market input to support the development of its proposal prior to publication of the formal procurement opportunity "Provision of Community & School Aged Immunisation Services across East of England".The contract(s) are due to commence on 1st September 2020.The Commissioner is also inviting potential Bidders to a Market Engagement Webinar taking place between 2pm and 4pm on 17 September 2019.Details of the Webinar will be circulated to delegates once the registration process closes 12NOON on 13 September 19. The Webinar will cover the following: * Give providers a brief overview on the scope of the procurement * Questionnaire results around the following: -Contract Lengths -Lotting strategies -Mobilisation risks and issues The aim of the service is to deliver immunisation services to all eligible children and young people in school and other settings where appropriate (Pupil Referral Units, Home Schooling) across East of England. This contract is likely to be divided into lots. However, this has not yet been defined. The service should provide a dynamic, high performing, safe, effective and dedicated immunisation service that encompasses the immunisation programmes. The service should engage all children and young people and their parents and should be well known to the community it serves. The provider will need to provide services for the following immunisations: * Seasonal flu immunisation including Live Attenuated Influenza Vaccine (LAIV) and Intramuscular (IM) vaccines in line with national roll out plans. This includes special schools (students and staff) * Tetanus, diphtheria and polio (Td/IPV) * Meningococcal groups A, C, W and Y (MenACWY) * Human Papillomavirus (HPV) - girls and boys * Measles, Mumps and Rubella (MMR) catch-up Additional information: The Commissioner is seeking market input to support the development of its proposal prior to publication of the formal procurement opportunity. If your organisation wishes to contribute and would like to attend the Market Engagement Webinar please register against Quote/tender 37052 in EU Supply (https://uk.eu-supply.com/login.asp?B=agcsu) and complete the short questionnaire no later than 12 NOON on Friday 13th September 2019, further details of the Webinar will be circulated to delegates once the registration process closes. You should provide any rationale for your responses within the questionnaire. This information will be kept confidential and considered in designing the scope of the service. Please note this is purely a market assessment exercise to gather information on potential providers. The subsequent procurement will be advertised separately and all organisations wanting to participate will need to respond to the procurement advertisement as and when published. The responses received during the market assessment exercise will not be taken into account in any future evaluation process as part of the formal procurement process. An expression of interest in this PIN will not automatically entitle involvement in any future procurement exercise.
