Expressions of interest are sought for evaluation of the impact of the postgraduate master's degree loans. This is likely to involve a combination of secondary data analysis of existing data sources, primary quantitative and qualitative research with postgraduate students and a brief on-line survey of institutions. Additional information: Deadline for receipt of expression of interest is 5pm on 15th August 2017.
