Please find attached documents relating to the procurement for the Provision of Marquees at our Chelmsford, Cambridge and Peterborough campuses. Please note the closing date for your return is 12 noon on 16 November 2021. Bidders must check that all the documents listed in the contents have been received by the Bidder and are complete in all respects. Documents that must be returned to us completed in full are: 20211015_ITT Requirement and Tender Questionnaire 20211015_Sign all forms_Return with submission 20211015_Selection Questionnaire Appendix A_Pricing Matrix Site visits will be available from the 25th October until the 9th November 2021. To arrange a site visit, please contact Kirsten Burley via email Kirsten.burley@aru.ac.uk. These events are important to the University's business so it is essential that products and services supplied to the University reflect its high standards. Throughout the academic year, a number of faculties and/or departments may have requirements for the provision of marquee hire.
