Summary of the contracting process

Runnymede Borough Council is initiating a market engagement process for the provision of integrated management systems, which include solutions for Housing Management, Revenues and Benefits, CRM & Self Service Portal, and Electronic Document Management. **THIS ADVERT IS FOR A MARKET ENGAGEMENT MEETING/DEMONSTRATION** This is not a call for competition-a separate contract notice will be published when the procurement procedure commences. Runnymede Borough Council is looking to host market engagement meetings/demonstration prior to carrying out procurement for a range of integrated management systems relating to: o Housing Management; o Revenues and Benefits; o CRM & Self Service Portal and o Electronic Document Management. This notice intends to identify suppliers who would like to express an interest in providing this service and to invite all interested parties to provide demonstration on one of the demonstration days to be held as below - Housing Management system will be week commencing 14th October 2019. - EDMS will be week commencing 14th October 2019. - Revenues & Benefits will be week commencing 4th November 2019. - CRM & Self Service will be week commencing 4th November 2019. Further details about the high level requirements of the above system and suppliers demonstration details are available in the document 'High Level Requirements for Integrated Management System-Soft Market Testing ' using the SE Shared Services Procurement eSourcing portal. https://www.sesharedservices.org.uk/esourcing/opportunities Suppliers wishing to engage in the procurement and provide Demo will be required to complete the 'Potential supplier Reply Sheet' and return via the correspondence functionality of the eSourcing portal before 4th October.
