You have been invited to bid for the manufacture and supply of litter and dog waste bins to the specification provided. The successful supplier will be expected to manufacture a prototype for examination prior to the Authority placing an initial order. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs). However, any selection of tenderers will be based solely on the criteria set out for the procurement.
