Notice Description

Upgrading of Building B462 ventilation control systems to replace imminent obsolescent Sattcom I/O to include: 1) Design of solution. 2) Supply of hardware, see section below. 3) Creation of factory acceptance and commissioning tests to satisfaction of Magnox PM 4) Factory testing to satisfaction of Magnox PM 5) Supply of Method statements and Risk Assessments to satisfaction of Magnox safety department. 6) Installation of ABB S800 compatible I/O hardware to replace Sattcon I/O hardware leaving field wiring unchanged as much as possible. 7) Installation of any additional trunking, cabinets etc. as required by the solution. 8) Relocation of the PLC into a cabinet along with the I/O. 9) Update I/O addressing within PLC leaving application program unchanged. 10) Update Control Builder to latest version with associated media and licences. 11) Installation to be performed in such a way as to minimise downtime of the building ventilation system. 12) Commissioning to ensure operation of PLC is unchanged by upgrade to satisfaction of Magnox PM 13) Supply of drawings of physical and electrical installation as AutoCAD drawings on Magnox templates.
