Notice Description

The Building Leadership for Inclusion Initiative programme aims to develop Board level leaders to build inclusive leadership capabilities (use of self as an instrument of change); whilst also increasing the collective capability of the Board to positively lead the organisation/system to improve outcomes and productivity through EDI. It has been designed for board members and senior leaders of NHS organisations. NHSE wishes to commission an evaluation to measure the impact of BLFII programme on phase 2 sites so that recommendations for future improvements of the programme may be identified and implemented. A full description of the requirement can be found in the ITQ document once suppliers have registered their interest. Please note: the budget for this work is PS45,000 exclusive of VAT.
