CONCESSIONARY TRAVEL APPEALS DECISION MAKER
Notice Description
Legislation gives bus operators a right of appeal to the Secretary of State (SoS) regarding their disputed claims for reimbursement for journeys made under the mandatory England-wide travel concession. In previous years appeal decision making has been delegated by the SoS to a decision maker acting on his behalf. A contract to appoint decision makers to determine 2017/18 appeals is required.
