Companies specialising in kennelling, boarding services, and animal transport would be well-positioned to compete for this contract. Additionally, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and voluntary, community, and social enterprises (VCSEs) are encouraged to engage, given the procurement's inclusive nature, potentially enhancing their market presence and contract portfolio in local government services.
