Notice Description

Cumbria County Council (hereafter referred to as the Authority) is looking to continue to improve services for children and young people with the ambition of achieving positive outcomes for all children. The Authority is therefore commissioning a 'Positive Pathway' to deliver housing related support to young people, who are in housing need. This tender applies to the Nightstop Emergency Temporary Accommodation element of the Pathway. Providers will ensure that services are delivered in line with The Authority's strategic priorities, policies and procedures (including amendments, re-enactments and updates), including, but not limited to Cumbria County Council's Looked After Children Strategy, the Joint Protocol for Homeless Young People in Cumbria, the Children's Improvement Plan, Cumbria's Promise to Care Leavers, the Council Plan 2018-2022 and the Cumbria Joint Health and Wellbeing Strategy 2019-2029. The Provider will be responsible for carrying out robust research, as well as verification and analysis of data to inform their service delivery planning.
