Notice Description

The Annualisation factor project is being commissioned to review the TPG preferred methodology for expanding the model hours to represent greater amounts of the year. An alternative method has been proposed and an initial investigation by TPG raised a number of important issues (see TN001 - Annualisation Factors). This project is to expand on the initial work by TPG, using the methodology already developed, to test the impact on economic benefits of different methods of annualisation using 10 different scheme models.
