Supply of Food Trollies
Notice Description
The catering department at Salisbury District Hospital are responsible for providing all food for the 2 catering units onsite as well as a daily menu of freshly prepared food for patients on the wards. Food is currently sent to the wards using 27 food trolleys where meals are served to patients directly from the trolley. We do not send plated food to the wards. The current food trolleys are becoming increasingly unreliable and as such the Trust is looking to replace them. Additional information: The procurement documents are available for unrestricted and full direct access, free of charge via the Bravo e-procurement portal. Additional information and/or requests to participate can be obtained via the portal.
