Notice Description
On behalf of Breckland District Council you are invited to tender for a land viability study to identify the potential of site D5 in the Dereham area (Appendix one) as an employment site. Accordingly, the Council wishes to commission consultancy to: A) Confirm the market failure B) Obtain solutions to overcome the market failure C) Understand the business case both in both financial and growth terms to invest in the market failure Additional information: To view this contract opportunity and ask any questions or clarifications, prospective suppliers must first register on the Councils electronic tendering portal In-tend; https://in-tendhost.co.uk/southhollandcouncil/aspx/Home From here you will be able to find full instructions on how to view and upload all associated tender documentation.
