Oxford City Council is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced consultant to act as our Employers Agent (incorporating project management, retrofit co-ordination, retrofit design, quantity surveying and contract administration) on our Social Housing Decarbonisation Fund (SHDF) wave 2.1 project.
