Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council's new housing Framework is to undertake the design and construction of new Council Housing within the borough of Dudley. As well as providing new homes it is envisaged that the project will deliver community benefits such as employment and regeneration for the community and economy. This Framework opportunity is open to other West Midlands Authorities.
