We are inviting cremator equipment service providers to visit our West Road Crematorium on 24th and 28th September 2018. The Council wish to engage with service providers in the market to determine the realities and practicalities of suppliers being able to remotely access the software equipment at the site in order to diagnose and fix problems. This is fundamental to the maintenance and service of the crematorium equipment. If suppliers would like arrange a site visit please contact Janine.lancaster@newcastle.gov.uk
