TITLE: Recruitment Partner to Sandwell Childrens Trust Ref SMBC 22138 BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The Trust is looking for a single provider. All tenders received (that are compliant i.e. submitted in accordance with the tendering instructions) will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation criteria as set out below. The roles to be recruited to are: o Non-executive director The provider will undertake the following activity: Specialise in NED level permanent appointments.The provider will undertake the following activity: Executive search The types of services include (but are not limited to) the following; ? Preliminary activities and project management of the recruitment process ? Candidate search ? Response management and 'long list' development ? Development of a shortlist ? Applicant management ? Final interview and appointment ? Post recruitment training ? Management information ? General requirements The Council will be using the In-tend e-Tendering System for this Procurement exercise, please visit https://in-tendhost.co.uk/sandwellmbc to access the Sandwell MBC In-tend Supplier Portal. From here you will be able to register your company, express an interest in the opportunity, and gain immediate access to Quotation or other related documents.
