The overall scope of the project is to: * Identify, collect and review the available evidence base regarding all trigger thresholds used throughout ADB and provide evidence and knowledge of international examples of regulatory approaches and guidance; * Review the current trigger thresholds, including the purpose group classification system, in ADB including further/alternative provisions to enable The Authority to make informed future policy proposals; * Collect and develop evidence and an assessment methodology to support review of the height threshold for relevant buildings as defined in Regulation 7(4) of the Building (Amendment) Regulations 2018. Additional information: This is a call off from the Crown Commercial Service Research Marketplace.
