University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust has a requirement to procure a Trust-wide video consultation solution. This will allow clinicians to conduct all or part of their clinic via video, reducing the number of physical outpatient appointments. The Trust wishes to achieve numerous benefits across a broad range of functionality. However, the priorities lie in reducing the number of face-to-face appointments, improving patient experience and allowing clinicians to work remotely. The Trust wishes to engage with suppliers interested in this requirement. The Trust has prepared an outline specification of objectives and a set of outline requirements and requests that interested suppliers provide indication of how they would envisage fulfilling these requirements. The purpose of this exercise is to allow the Trust to assess the capabilities of the market and to refine its specification and approach to the procurement of this requirement. The response questionnaire and outline requirements documentation can be accessed via the Bravo procurement portal - please refer to the additional information section for further instructions.
