The Department for Business Energy and Industrial Streategy (BEIS) is issuing this tender to cover the scope of work for the initial phase of a five-year integrated programme of R&D on advanced nuclear fuels in the following areas: *Accident tolerant fuels and cladding development *Coated particle fuels *Plutonium based fuel *Reactor physics modelling *Nuclear data For background information, the full specification and further information on this project please see the ITT.
