Notice Description

Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council is looking to establish a Framework Agreement for the Maintenance, Supply and Installation of Personal Home Stair Lifts and Through Ceiling Lifts. The framework agreement is for the supply, installation, servicing, maintenance, removal and re-installation of personal home lifts that improve the access to facilities for disabled people with sensory and mobility loss. The supply and installation work will be carried out in both private owner occupied and housing association properties. The servicing and maintenance will be carried out in private owner occupier's household properties. A small number of other items are serviced in respite services and in shared lives homes. The Council is conscious that Bidders spend a huge amount of time, effort and expense in putting together a submission and is keen to ensure that no bid is rejected for this reason. In submitting your quotation you agree to contract on the terms and conditions. Due to the Council's obligations of fairness and equal treatment to all bidders it cannot accept amendments to its terms and conditions or alternative terms and conditions. If you seek to amend the terms and conditions or submit alternative terms and conditions the Council may reject your quotation.
