Notice Description

Provider Panel for Intermediate Care Plus (IC+) Beds within County Durham via a spot contract arrangement. This tender has been split into two Lots:- Lot 1 For Nursing and Residential Beds for all types of IC+ bed functionality as detailed in the tender documents. Lot 2 For Residential Beds - Time to Think beds only. This procurement is issued under an Open Tender process in line with Public Contracts Regulation 2015, under Regulation 74 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 for contracts for social and other specific services (Light Tough Regime). This contract is to be a Provider Panel Agreement to provide (on a non-exclusive basis as called off from time to time) Intermediate Care Plus (IC+) Beds within County Durham via a spot contract arrangement within County Durham for Durham County Council ("the Contract"). This Provider Panel will be a panel which will be opened as and when required, at the sole discretion of the Council, whereby organisations that wish to apply to become a member of the panel can do throughout the lifetime of the panel.
